Consultation & Bid Package

We realize that the procedure for many companies is to obtain competitive bids: however, with warehouse systems, the likelihood of such bids providing the identical designs and specifications is remote. That is why IWS offers consulting and bid packages. By working closely with our customers, we can determine which systems will work with their product, and outline the benefits and cost attributed to each system. Once we have determined what system fits the customer's specification, that information is then put into a format that the customer can distribute to their vendors of choice to receive pricing on the project. The bid package will include the following:

• Detailed drawings
• Detailed bill of materials listing all requirements
• Overview page outlining the scope of work, time lines and specific expectations.
